1. Definitions

3. Identity Verification (KYC)

cina77 operates in accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations. Upon registration or at any time thereafter, we reserve the right to request the following documentation:

• Government-issued photo identification (KTP, passport, or driver's license)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence)
• Verification selfie holding your identification document
• Bank account verification documents (statement or mobile banking screenshot)
• Source of funds documentation for large transactions

Failure to provide requested verification documents within 72 hours may result in temporary account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed. All submitted documents are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 minutes during banking hours (Monday through Friday, 09:00-16:00 WIB). Withdrawals requested outside banking hours will be processed on the next business day. cina77 reserves the right to verify account ownership before processing large withdrawal requests or first-time withdrawals.

4.3 Transaction Fees and Limits

cina77 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bank or e-wallet) may impose their own transaction fees. 5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

8. Intellectual Property

Members may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or use any content from the platform for commercial purposes without express written consent from cina77.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• cina77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

• cina77's total liability to any Member for any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

cina77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Member account at our sole discretion for violations of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, or any other reason we deem necessary to protect the integrity of our platform. Upon termination, any remaining genuine account balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Member after deduction of any applicable fees or charges. Winnings obtained through violation of these terms are subject to forfeiture.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from the use of cina77 services, Members agree to first attempt resolution through our customer support channels. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Indonesian law. Both parties agree to make good-faith efforts to resolve disputes amicably before pursuing legal action.
