Our Story – From Vision to Indonesia's Leading Gaming Platform
cina77 was founded in 2018 with a singular mission: deliver world-class online gaming entertainment tailored specifically for the Indonesian market. We recognized a significant gap in the industry – while numerous international platforms existed, very few truly understood the unique preferences, cultural context, and payment habits of Indonesian players. From day one, we committed to building a platform that seamlessly integrates local banking channels like BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri, supports familiar games including togel (traditional lottery), offers Indonesian-speaking customer support 24/7, and prioritizes lightning-fast withdrawals that respect our members' time.
Our founding team brought together decades of combined experience in online gaming technology, financial security, customer service operations, and Indonesian market understanding. We studied player behavior across Jakarta, Surabaya, Medan, Bandung, Bali, and dozens of other cities to identify exactly what Indonesian bettors wanted: trustworthy transactions, transparent bonus terms, competitive odds on football leagues like BRI Liga 1 and EPL, premium live casino dealers, mobile-optimized interfaces, and responsive support that genuinely solves problems rather than deflecting them.
Since launching our platform, cina77 has processed over 2 million successful transactions totaling billions of Rupiah, maintained a 98% customer satisfaction rating across independent review platforms, and earned recognition as one of Indonesia's most reliable gaming destinations. We've achieved this by never compromising on three core pillars: security (256-bit SSL encryption for every transaction), fairness (all games audited by independent testing agencies with certified Random Number Generators), and speed (average withdrawal processing under 5 minutes during banking hours).
What truly sets cina77 apart is our deep respect for responsible gaming principles. We understand that online betting and casino games are meant to be entertainment, not income sources or problem-solving mechanisms. Every member must be at least 21 years old, and we provide comprehensive tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, reality checks, self-exclusion options, and direct links to Indonesian problem gambling support resources. Our customer service team receives specialized training to recognize signs of problem gambling and offer appropriate assistance or referrals.
Today, cina77 serves members from every corner of Indonesia – from busy Jakarta professionals unwinding with evening slots sessions, to Bali-based expats following Champions League matches, to Medan entrepreneurs checking BRI Liga 1 scores between meetings. Our mobile-optimized platform works flawlessly on any Android or iOS device without requiring app downloads. Our game library spans over 1,000 titles including classic and video slots, live dealer baccarat and roulette, blackjack variations, traditional togel markets (Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney, Macau), sports betting across football, basketball, tennis, badminton, MotoGP, and comprehensive e-sports coverage including Mobile Legends, PUBG Mobile, and Free Fire tournaments.
Looking ahead, cina77 remains committed to continuous improvement driven by member feedback. We regularly survey our community to understand evolving preferences, add requested payment methods (we recently integrated OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay), expand our sports betting markets to cover Indonesian domestic leagues, and upgrade our technology infrastructure to handle peak traffic during major events like the FIFA World Cup, AFF Cup, or Indonesia's Independence Day celebrations. Our vision is simple: remain Indonesia's most trusted, most responsive, and most member-focused online gaming platform for decades to come.
